Our years of experience dealing with certified translations and other texts inspired us to open the largest agency in Poland offering sworn translations. We complete orders in different language pairs. Sometimes, unfortunately, there are no translators with the proper qualifications for a given language pair.
In such cases, we try to offer an alternative solution which should help handle administrative cases.

Sworns is a team of people with experience in customer service and various translation projects.
At some point, a regular job became our passion. Moreover, we got a little fed up with the quite standard framework of a typical international agency. Working within corporate structures offers quite limited space for independent activities.
We decided to choose a less mechanical approach to orders and listen to what our clients have to say. Years of practice have shown us that there are many projects that require a less scrupulous approach, and we have time for them – we are responsible for our work schedule.
We also want to create a good work atmosphere for our translators, and we want to work with the best ones. The experience we gained over more than ten years of working with sworn and regular translators and interpreters, on written and oral translations, allowed us to properly select the suppliers of services, and build a network of the most reliable ones.
This helps us ensure the proper quality of services at a reasonable price. The price of each translation is determined on a case-by-case basis. The price of a written translation depends on its type, length, language pair and deadline. It also depends on the document’s difficulty level. Simple, standard documents have a lower price than complicated specifications, for example technical texts.
Because we know that a price listed on a website, written with “price varies from”, is vague. This vagueness is often not really accurate. The low price encourages clients to send an enquiry, however, during the quotation, it often turns out to be invalid. That is why we decided to make it easier. We do not have hidden costs, asterisks, or statements that the price is the lowest in the market. You will agree on the price of a translation following a consultation with a translator working in a given language.
You will be offered a high level of customer service and you will learn if you really need a certified translation. We will confirm the deadline and guarantee that your document reaches the right person, selected based on the area of specialisation.
We will take care of everything. We will try to explain all the rules of order completion, the legal basis, etc., using simple language. The world is full of complicated issues. Let us make the ones we know easier for you.
